This retreat includes:


Daily inspired Yoga

Daily flow Yoga classes in the mornings to get you energized and ready for the day using the technique of Vinyasa, which means connecting Asanas (postures) with the breath.

In these morning classes energising and dynamically flowing sequences are followed by slower and more grounding poses. The red thread of my teaching is to stay connected with our inner world through the focus on our breath and body as we find the balance between strength and mobility, challenge and listening, freedom and stability.


In the evening we will practice more grounding Yoga such as; Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Hatha Flow or movement meditations such as 5 Elements Dance or Inner Dance – be surprised!

That makes a total of 11 Yoga classes plus one inner dance meditation and one cacao and dance ceremony to celebrate and close the week.


Daily Meditation and Pranayama

A daily practice of mindfulness meditation will bring you more into the present moment and give you the tools to observe and calm your mind on and off the mat. Simple and powerful Pranayama techniques (breath control or expansion) will help you to expand your energy and experience more freedom in your breath and life in general.


Philosophy Workshops

We will have two philosophy workshops to look at the deeper meaning of Yoga. To see that Yoga asana (poses, or the physical practice) is only the very tip of the iceberg.


Healthy Vegetarian and Vegan Food

We will have two to three daily meals (see schedule) cooked with love to nourish your body, soul and eyes.

Fruits, water and tea is available in abundance all day long.

Whether you are a beginner or a long term yoga practitioner, this retreat is for you, if you want to offer yourself time to connect with your body, your intuition and your heart.

Deepen your understanding of your yoga practice and listen to the amazing being that you truly are. All classes will be guided in a way to suit all levels by offering different angels of awareness. Explore yourself and respect where you are right now.
